La - La Land Crafts - November Release - Day 6

Hey all, today Luka is waiting for Santa to give him some cookies and a glass of milk. I created a little cozy scene and it looks like you are watching right into the living room and take part of Luka´s christmas.

The fire place lighten up the room and make a warm cozy athmosphere.

La - La Land Crafts - Inspiration Friday - Fall Colors

This week is all about "Fall Colors" at La - La Land Crafts and I thought it could be fun to combine Winter Lantern Marci with these two cute little chickies, some die cuts made from Kraft Cardstock and leaves and twigs I colored up with my Copic Markers.

This card really turned out as great as I thought, I am totally in love with it!

La - La Land Crafts - Inspiration Friday - Thanksgiving/Gratitude

Today on Inspiration Friday is all about saying "Thank you" and because of loving coffee and everything about it so much, I decided to use cool Coffee Bean Luka along with the Coffee Cup Die.

The die cuts are made from Kraft Cardstock because the color matches perfect to the coloring of Luka and the coffee theme.

I added some green accents with the leafy vine die and the two leaves you find in the left of the card.

Just layered everything and here you are...a cool "Thank you" card for coffee lovers!

La - La Land Crafts - But first sloffee shaker card

But first, sloffee!

Starting the day slowly without coffee isn't a good start into the day I think.

I am really addicted to coffee in the morning and thought it would be fun to make a coffee related shaker card.

I wanted to use real coffee beans to get a cool sound on my card but this was my first attempt in doing a shaker card and I wasn't able to do what my head had planned.. ha ha

That's why I only put paper coffee beans in the shaker and I'll have to try another time with the real one's.

But never the less the card is a cute one with this smart sloth holding a latte macchiato in his tiny hand and waving hi to you.

La - La Land Crafts - Inspiration Friday - 3D Project

Hi all, it is friday again and time for another inspiration from La - La Land Crafts.

Are you ready for a really small, cute 3D Project which was the theme of this week? I decided to make a lovely mini album and I used a lot of cool stuff from the shop to create it.

Just take a look and be inspired hopefully!

All the backgrounds were made with stencils or a background stamp so there was no need to buy design paper.

I just took what I have and created a design paper myself. Doing it that way is really perfect because you can be your own designer, I love that!

For Gnome Marci's 2 pages I used the Wood Plank Background Stamp Set and coloured it up with Distress Oxide Ground Espresso so it really fits perfectly together and I got a wood - like scene.

The You Inspire Me Background Stamp Set was used to get this wavy marbled underwater look where the little cute seahorses have their home.

I am really in love with the sloths and so I needed to give them 2 more pages in my album.

Time for coffee - La - La Land Crafts Inspiration Friday

Yay, it is friday and the weekend is near! Why not start with a big cup of coffee and a donut?

They are the perfect start into the day and because of loving both that much I decided to use the Coffee Buddies from La - La Land Crafts for the weekly inspiration which is all about Stencil and Background Stamps.

I love to work with stencils, structure paste and a lot of (really a lot of!) colour to create my own design paper and the background of my cards.

On this card I gave the background a woodem look and added with distress oxide (and some crackle paste) a lot of different sized dots and the argyle like pattern.

Tropical Paradise - La La Land Crafts

Hi all, it is friday again and time for another inspiration from the La - La Land Crafts design team.

The theme for this week is "Tropical Paradise" and I decided to use Tropical Marci with her beautiful Hibiscus flowers.

The background was created with some crackle paste and stencil. After it has dried I used distress oxides to color it in green.

I die cut some branches, the wonderful doily from the new release, several twigs and a heart wreath, colored them all and layered everything onto the card.
